    TP Bennet

Waterman provided full multidiscipline engineering duties including building services, structural, fire strategy, vertical transportation, acoustics and environmental services.

The project has achieved a BREEAM 2011 ‘Excellent’ rating. The heat rejection strategy was carefully coordinated with discrete low profile dry air coolers, minimising the roof plant height to keep within the St Pauls sight line restrictions.

A Combined Heat and Power Plant delivers 75% of the annual heating load as part of the low carbon design strategy.
