The building is supported on pad and strip foundations and the superstructure is comprised of in-situ concrete framed flat slab construction, including a steel framed roof to provide a skeleton for the curved standing seam roof cladding. In order to maintain a clean uninterrupted roof profile the steel framed full height plant rooms are located at each end of the building.
