Offering 28,000 ft2 of retail premises on the lower levels, the building sets back with a distinctive glazed crown from the tenth level comprising a rooftop restaurant and public sky garden with panoramic views across London. The building also offers a four-storey basement including; car, motorbike and bicycle parking on two levels, accessed via two dedicated car lifts, and plant spread across three levels.

Our Building Services, Sustainability and Acoustic teams were appointed by Generali, Italy’s largest insurance company, to work closely alongside Development Manager Core, Greycoat and Sir Robert McAlpine for this prestigious scheme.

The upper office floors have been designed using a double skin high-performance façade that significantly reduces solar gain whilst maximising natural daylight. The overall scheme has been designed to achieve a BREEAM 2014 ‘Excellent’ rating.
