Encompassing 2.3 hectares of land, the five newly refurbished buildings include 170 private residential units alongside 83,818 m3 of office and 10,319 m3 of retail floorspace. Additional features include a public realm, private balconies and roof terraces, associated car and bicycle parking spaces.

In keeping with the project’s key objectives to facilitate the independent Victoria Line and Victoria Station Upgrade schemes, our team developed a bespoke EIA strategy and Environmental Statement template in order to clearly and concisely capture the complex
‘future baseline scenarios’ information.
