Westfield London represents one of the most significant urban regeneration projects in West London and provides a new heart for the area, regenerating it visually as well as economically.

The £1.6bn scheme houses approximately 1.5 million ft2 of retail space, plus restaurants and bars, with access to two new overground train stations, one underground station and a new bus station.

Waterman had been involved in this project for over 18 years and was responsible for the design of the retail development, the stations, sidings relocation and the peripheral areas around the site including the new bus station, highways and surrounding street lighting.
