Archaeology & Built Heritage
Understanding the significance of the historic environment is fundamental for the design of sympathetic proposals and submission of successful planning applications, listed building consents, scheduled monument consents as well as funding procurement.
Our team includes Heritage Consultants, Archaeologists and Historic Building Specialists who are experienced in providing a holistic understanding of sites throughout the UK and Ireland, as well as planning application and mitigation advice. We also provide strategic due diligence reporting to assess the viability of a site, and identify any heritage-related constraints, risks and opportunities. We can also advise on design solutions identified at this early stage.
We are a registered organisation with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA). Our work is undertaken in accordance with national planning policy and to guidelines published by bodies such as Historic England, Historic Scotland and Cadw.
