We are excited to announce that Connor Webb has been shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year in the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation West Midlands Awards.
An Undergraduate Transport Planner, Connor is based in our Birmingham office. Over the past year, he has contributed to a variety of projects, including Queensway Academy in Telford, the Ellesmere Port Active Travel Scheme, the Rushden Sustainable Urban Extension, and many more. Connor has been part of Waterman’s Apprenticeship scheme since September 2021 and is currently in his 4th year of study at Aston University.
Waterman’s Director Ruth Jeffs commented: “Making it to the shortlist is a testament to Connor’s hard work and dedication within the highways and transport sectors, as well as his strong work ethic. We are very proud of his achievement. Well done Connor.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 16 May.
