Waterman undertook the full design and documentation of the Chisholm Institute’s redevelopment of their Frankston Campus. The project involved a new multi-purpose education building (Building A), and redevelopment of a workshop building (Building B).
The facility also included classrooms, lecture areas, workshops, breakout spaces, and full amenity/support areas for both teachers and students.
Waterman undertook full design, documentation, and construction phase services for the scheme, seeing our team provide mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, vertical transport, and ESD support.
