Waterman appoints new Infrastructure Business Case Lead

Precious is a Chartered Engineer and PRINCE2-certified project manager with over 15 years’ experience in infrastructure consultancy, transport planning and transport research. With a track record of delivering complex schemes, she has provided advice on project feasibility, strategic options and business cases through the whole lifecycle of infrastructure developments and project execution.

Her broad portfolio includes economic appraisals of National Highways Schemes, developing business cases for railway schemes including for Transport for the North and West Midlands Rail Executive, due diligence to inform investment decisions for acquisitions and loans, and supporting local authorities in securing funding for new transport infrastructure schemes.

Precious brings her extensive experience in winning work, stakeholder management, managing projects and improving project delivery processes for quality assurance. She holds a doctorate in Transport and an MSc in Structural Engineering from Imperial College London and she currently supports the CIHT as a Reviewer during their Professional Reviews.
