We are excited to announce that our Glasgow team has moved to new premises at 180 St Vincent Street.

Situated on the sixth floor, our new home is fully refurbished and offers a high-quality working environment at one of the most attractive commercial spaces in Glasgow.

Located in the heart of the central business district, the office benefits from secure parking and is easily accessible from both city centre train stations, in addition to two subway stations.

The new layout is open, bright, and fully air-conditioned. Several meeting rooms are available, and a concierge service at the building’s entrance ensures a warm welcome for all visitors.

The multidiscipline team, led by Waterman’s director Daryl Fossett, looks forward to welcoming colleagues and clients, both existing and new, to our new home from 19 May at 180 St Vincent Street, 6th Floor (South), Glasgow G2 5SG.

Commenting on the relocation, Waterman’s CEO, Neil Humphrey said: “Our new home in Glasgow reflects our continued growth and commitment to further strengthening our presence in this region, where we’re delivering a full range of engineering and environmental services for some of Scotland’s most significant projects. With its well-connected location and wide range of amenities, we believe this will provide a perfect fit for our people-focused, collaborative culture.”

Our multidisciplinary team in Glasgow supports a wide range of projects across sectors including urban regeneration, education, residential, healthcare, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Notable schemes include the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland, Blindwells, CHATIC, and New Town Quarter. The team also has a longstanding partnership with Turner & Townsend as part of the Performance Audit Group (PAG), supporting Transport Scotland’s highways operation, auditing and maintenance programme to maintain and improve the Scottish Trunk Road Network.
