Work Experience & Internships

We have a number of opportunities for you to find out more about the world of engineering and environmental consultancy.

Work Experience

If your school work experience is approaching, make the most of this opportunity by finding out if engineering is right for you. You will be given the opportunity to join one of our teams for 1-2 weeks, during which you will be given some real experience whilst shadowing a dedicated mentor who has been assigned to you.

  • Craig Wilson

“As university is mostly theoretical, it is the practical skills I learned which are the most valuable”

Craig Wilson joined our Glasgow team for a summer placement.

  • Michael Langan

“I discovered that there are so many different areas of engineering you can specialise in”

Michael Langan joined our Glasgow office to explore the different sectors of engineering.

  • Callum Robbins

Callum Robbins joined our Infrastructure & Environment team in Bristol for two weeks work experience.

  • Rebecca Cadwallader

“I didn’t know what to expect, but it was all I had hoped for…and more”

Richard Spiers joined our Infrastructure & Environment team in Bristol for an Undergraduate internship.
