GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organisation that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to financial markets. Our experts have been working closely with Beacon Rail for several years, supporting their rapid progress in driving forward ESG improvements in both performance and management over the last three annual submissions.
ln addition to supporting their 2023 submission, our team developed climate-related risk management processes for Beacon. This included a TCFD gap analysis and climate scenario analysis tool which have been fully integrated into their management system and corporate risk register as part of their climate resilience business planning.
Following the public release of results from the GRESB Infrastructure 2023 Global ESG Benchmark, we were delighted to see Beacon Rail Leasing S.a.r.l achieve a fantastic 97% score and become recognised as a GRESB 5 Star-rated entity.
