OS Doors, headquartered in Northern Ireland’s Dungannon, is the UK and Ireland leader in product design, quality and service to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, leisure homes, free standing furniture and fit out sectors on frontal doors and accessories.
Our team undertook a Phase 1 Environmental and Key H&S Due Diligence Assessment of the target manufacturing site as a well as a bespoke ESG Due Diligence review across the business. Although focussed on risk management and potential liabilities, our specialists undertook a review and commentary on wider factors with the potential to impact the long-term sustainability and success of the investment. This ensured the right investment-critical information was delivered to support the transaction process
