Lamberton Hotel is a new €60m five-storey landmark building consisting of two-levels of basement, reception and foyer and circulation areas in Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
The total development area is approximately 28,000 sqm and includes 680 underground car parking spaces.
The hotel also includes 288-bedrooms, offices, storage areas, hotel shop, restaurant, bar, residents bar, grill, kitchens, staff rooms, spa-leisure centre, treatment rooms, aquarium, function areas, multimedia centre and meeting rooms, and hotel services areas.
The project was partially constructed in 2009 with planning permission being obtained for further revisions and a retirement home facility on an adjacent site.
