Waterman completes IEMA EIA Quality Mark re-assessment for 2024/25

29 April 2025

Underpinning our commitment to delivering exceptional Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) support for schemes across every sector, our EIA team has successfully completed the re-assessment for the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment’s (IEMA’s) EIA Quality Mark scheme for 2024/25.

IEMA is the UK’s largest environmental professional association, and its EIA Quality Mark registrant list includes the UK’s leading consultancies. EIA Quality Mark registrants adhere to seven key commitments which help give an assurance to clients that the EIA activities delivered will be of the highest standard and have been independently reviewed by IEMA.

Waterman’s National EIA Lead, Lara Knapman, commented: “Our recent re-award of the IEMA EIA Quality Mark showcases our continued expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment. Our team’s dedication ensures we consistently uphold the high standards of the Quality Mark scheme. This successful re-assessment highlights our ongoing commitment to working with project teams to provide sustainable solutions to meet the planning, engineering design and project delivery needs of the propertyinfrastructureenvironment and energy markets.”
