Waterman announces new leadership roles to support future growth

Jonathan Purcell appointed new Managing Director of Strategy and Growth as Mark Terndrup takes on expanded role as Managing Director of Building Services

Waterman Group is pleased to announce two senior leadership appointments within its UK Consulting business, strengthening its national capability and reinforcing its focus on delivering integrated, client-focused solutions across its core growth markets. The appointments support Waterman’s strategic ambition to bring its multidisciplinary expertise together to create greater value for clients and position the business for its next phase of growth.

Jonathan Purcell, formerly Managing Director of Building Services – North, has been appointed Managing Director of Strategy and Growth, a new role created to help shape and deliver Waterman’s UK growth agenda. In parallel, Mark Terndrup will expand his role as Managing Director – South for Building Services to cover the whole of the UK.

Together, these changes provide a stronger platform for national collaboration, aligning expertise across disciplines to keep clients at the centre of Waterman’s UK Consulting strategy.

In his new role, Jonathan will work alongside Mark Emberton, UK Chief Operating Officer, and the consulting Managing Directors to deliver the business’s strategic growth priorities, strengthening client relationships and identify high-value opportunities across Waterman’s core markets.
