Business Case specialist, Nafis Ahmad, has joined our team in Manchester as Associate Director.
Joining us from Atkins, Nafis brings over 20 years of experience in delivering strategic advice to both public and private sector organisations. He has a proven track record of providing economic analysis and value-for-money assessments to help unlock funding and achieve successful approvals for clients. Nafis has worked extensively on developing ‘HM Treasury Five Case’ business cases, from early-stage strategic studies through to the final business case.
His impressive portfolio spans a wide range of infrastructure, transport and energy projects, which include the assessment of strategic and policy drivers, financial viability and direct economic impacts, along with the appraisal of wider socio-economic and sustainable growth benefits.
