Recent weather events in the UK have highlighted critical exposure and vulnerability of our infrastructure, critical services, people and nature to extreme weather today.

Our Climate Resilience experts work with clients to help them understand and manage the complex regional challenges of climate change across the UK.

We have significant experience in climate risk, adaptation and resilience, and we support corporate and project level identification and management of physical and transitional climate risks. Our bespoke climate change risk assessments identify how the climate emergency is likely to impact organisations or specific projects, using the latest Met Office projections of future climate change (UKCP18) and applying best practice methodologies such as ISO14090 and the UK Climate Change Risk Assessment framework. We then work with you to develop tailored adaptation strategies and plans, reflecting risks and challenges unique to the client or project, and aligned to other strategic and environmental objectives.​

Our consultants combine in depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape, and other drivers for climate resilience, with best practice approaches to identify and manage climate risks.

We work closely with experts across our multidisciplinary team of engineering and environmental specialists, including flood risk, GIS mapping, ecology and nature, and engineering options for climate resilience. ​
