Waterman champions hybrid working through Manchester relocation to prime Trinity building

Following a period of sustained growth in the north-west, Waterman is pleased to announce that we are relocating our Manchester presence to Helical’s premium Trinity office building on John Dalton Street.

Through our commitment to a ten-year lease on over 4,000 sq ft of prime office space located on the sixth floor, the move will allow us to fully embrace hybrid working practices.

Harnessing 100% cloud-based technology, the new space will focus on facilitating team collaboration amongst our environmental and engineering specialists who will utilise the UK’s leading desk booking system to maximise the flexibility and efficiency of the premises.

In addition to a variety of collaborative spaces, the Trinity move will also provide our team with an improved welfare offering and will boost their green travel options through the extensive bike storage area and onsite changing and drying areas.

In a recent statement, William Parry, Senior Property Executive at Helical, said: “Trinity is becoming a hub of activity as central Manchester comes back to life this spring… Waterman Group is a perfect fit for Trinity. The company aligns well with current occupiers at Trinity including AEW Architects, Kennedys Solicitors and Saffery Champness.”

Commenting on the relocation, Waterman’s Chief Operating Officer, Neil Humphrey, said: “I am delighted that we have secured our new Manchester home at Trinity. Responding to our continued growth in the north-west region, the move underlines our commitment to retaining our central Manchester presence. This will allow us to stay close to our clients and other professional teams, whilst also offering an inspiring working environment for our team and clients as we continue to drive our collaborative, people-focussed culture.”

Waterman’s multidiscipline team in Manchester is supporting a diverse range of schemes, including Liverpool’s new Cruise Liner Terminal, major strategic regeneration projects such as Halsnead Garden Village and the Lancashire Central masterplan, sector-leading leisure, hotel and sporting developments such as Moxy Manchester City Hotel, Animate Preston and the refurbishment of Manchester’s National Cycling Centre. In addition, our specialists are playing a leading role in a wide range of public sector frameworks, strategic infrastructure projects, education and university schemes.

Led by Andrew Ferguson, John Hughes, Tim Davies, Matthew Wright and Andrew Davies, the team is looking forward to welcoming existing and new clients to our new premises from 1st July, located at 16 John Dalton St, Manchester, M2 6HY.
