Stage 3 of the Botanicca Corporate Park included approximately 24,000 sqm of Grade A office accommodation within its six-level exterior.

The building has achieved a five-star Green Star rating.

Waterman provided full design, documentation and construction phase services across the mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic and vertical transport disciplines.
