Domestic Energy Retrofits – West Yorkshire Combined Authority

Accelerating carbon reduction and energy efficiency across the UK’s domestic housing stock is critical if we are to meet our Net Zero targets. West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is at the forefront of committing to supporting domestic energy retrofits, carbon reduction and renewable energy generation across the region. Waterman worked with WYCA to understand the barriers and complexities involved in tackling the housing stock across Leeds and Calderdale. The business case included economic and financial analysis to support funding and approvals to progress the Leeds and Calderdale area-based demonstrators.
