The Peddle Thorp Architects-designed redevelopment of the Eltham Leisure Centre included numerous additional facilities to complement the existing dry fitness and program spaces.
The scheme added an eight-lane 25 m lap pool, dedicated ‘learn to swim pool’ with toddler play area, warm water pool, spa, sauna and steam room, family change village, dedicated schools/groups change space and a party room.
Waterman provided full design, documentation and construction phase services for the scheme, including mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulics services.
