A 20-Bed Modular Accommodation, this $8m project involved the design of 20 new high-security cells, built as modular container type accommodation units. The units were positioned in a two-storey arrangement with connection walkways and associated officer’s post.

Waterman’s infrastructure specialists carried out a detailed review of the existing site infrastructure services required to support the new accommodation units, and proposed targeted upgrades.
