Waterman is delighted that London’s Marble Arch Place has been shortlisted in the ‘Development of the Year’ category for ‘Property Weeks’ upcoming RESI Awards.
The Awards recognise and highlight the successes of the residential property sector and bring together over 1,300 key players in the residential market.
Designed by Rafael Viñoly for Almacantar, this landmark mixed-use development incorporates 54 new homes in an 18-storey residential tower, along with a 7-storey commercial building which provides space for retail units, a cinema and over 95,000 sq ft of prime office space which offer panoramic views over Hyde Park and across the City.
Our environmental experts undertook the environmental impact assessment, air quality assessment and ground contamination investigation for the initial planning application, whilst our structures specialists provided the structural design for the scheme and implemented a top-down basement construction methodology which allowed works below and above ground to be carried out simultaneously, significantly cutting construction time.
