Network Rail Framework

Published 23rd August 2022

Comprising three major design service framework lots for Network Rail’s Control Period 6 (CP6), this appointment will see our specialists support a £48 billion strategic investment programme into Britain’s rail network.

The five-year framework, with the potential to extend for a further three years, covers the Consents and Environment (C&E) discipline. This is supported by a new structure within Network Rail which aims to refocus their direction, putting the needs of passengers and freight first.

Our team is providing multidiscipline engineering and environmental services for rail projects across three regions – North West and Scotland, North East, South West – and we are the only consultancy to secure C&E frameworks lots across three regions.

Projects delivered through the framework will play a key role in delivering the UK government’s decarbonising transport plan and will help shape the future of sustainable public rail transport for generations to come.
