Waterman is delighted that our Infrastructure and Environment team has been shortlisted for ‘Residential Property Consultancy of the Year’ at Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards.
Established in 2015, the awards showcase the best projects and developers in the residential property market, celebrating outstanding work in the sector as the Midlands continues to attract global investment in the region’s homes and communities. The ‘Residential Property Consultancy of the Year’ category recognises consultancies which have made significant contributions to developments in planning, design, deliverability, and cost control.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Waterman’s Director for Infrastructure and Environment, Ruth Jeffs, said: “I’m thrilled to see our team shortlisted for these prestigious awards. Award winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner on 23 June at Birmingham’s exclusive Eastside Rooms.
