This project involved the design of a single three-level facility consisting of an aged care wing and a separate acute palliative care wing.
The project includes a palliative care facility with 28 beds across sixteen single rooms and six double rooms. The project also delivered a 120-bed aged care facility within the same building.
Complementing the accommodation offering, the facility includes full kitchen and laundry amenities, chapel, function rooms and all associated support facilities, including a large single level underground carpark.
Waterman provided the full design, documentation and construction phase services for the scheme, spanning the mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, vertical transport disciplines, along with ESD services.
