Trinity Manor on Elder street, Greensborough, comprises a 112-bed aged care facility which includes various on-site amenities and support services including a gymnasium, theatre, spa, café, underground parking, and security system.
The facility provides accommodation for varying levels of ‘Aging in Place’ which require a range of needs and support.
Waterman provided suite of engineering support for the scheme, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and vertical transport services for the design, documentation and construction phase.
