The 170-apartment scheme consists of three blocks, ranging in height from 7 to 10 storeys, all over a common podium. A mix of retail and commercial units are situated on the ground floor alongside a playground and open space facilities for the residents to enjoy. The individual blocks are linked at several levels by pedestrian bridge structures.

Waterman Moylan were appointed to carry out civil, structural and traffic engineering works.

A precast concrete solution was adopted for the superstructure construction and the layout of the apartments was conducive to a crosswall system, whereby precast concrete wall elements support precast concrete floors. Reconstituted stone panels were used for the building façade.

This allowed for a high level of off-site manufacture and a rapid build process with the project being completed from podium level to finish in less than a year.

The project was completed in 2015.
