Waterman are delighted that Westgate Oxford has won a prestigious Revo Gold Award under the ‘Re:new’ category!

Presented last night at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, the annual awards are among the most sought-after in the built environment sector, with winning projects recognised and celebrated as the very best examples of development, investment and asset management in the retail property and placemaking industry.

The £440m shopping destination in Oxford’s city centre, accommodating 800,000 ft of retail and leisure outlets, which opened its doors in October 2017. The major development, anchored by a three-storey John Lewis department store, boasts over 100 shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities, including a boutique five-screen Curzon Cinema. Waterman provided multidisciplinary services, covering structural, civil engineering, environmental and flood risk services.
