We are excited to announce that we have moved our Bristol team to a new state-of-the-art premises at Linear Park, Temple Quay as part of our continued expansion in the South West.
Located on the 5th floor, our new home in this stunning landmark building has been totally refurbished to a world-class standard, all with welfare and user experience in mind. With ready access to a variety of collaborative spaces, the building’s extensively glazed elevations allow natural light to flood the office floors. In a boost to green travel options, our team will also benefit from an extensive bike storage area, together with onsite changing and drying rooms.
Led by Richard Stockwell, Steve Jones and David Knight, the team is looking forward to welcoming existing and new clients to the new premises from 3 June, located at Linear Park, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS2 0PS.

Waterman’s multidiscipline team in Bristol is supporting a diverse range of schemes across residential, commercial and infrastructure markets locally, some of which include developments at Freestone Island, Fox Den Road, Temple Quay 3 and Anstey’s Road in the Bristol area.
Elsewhere, the team has delivered a range of MoD schemes under Aspire Defence, along with the UK Battery Innovation Centre and Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry, Jersey’s International Finance Centre, Graven Hill in Bicester, Pompey Centre Retail Park in Portsmouth and Biggleswade’s new railway depot.
