We have been engineering significant residential projects for many years, and our expertise and experience covers a wide range of large developments. Waterman have been involved with major city centre regeneration projects, as well as mixed-use residential developments, high-rise projects and large residential estates. In additional to these high end projects we also have significant experience within the affordable housing and student accommodation markets.
